What to Expect
The first few sessions will be spent discussing what brought you to psychotherapy and what issues we might be able to assist you with. During this initial phase, you and your therapist will discuss a plan moving forward, creating a road map for the therapeutic process. Psychotherapy can be time-limited, or an ongoing process of deep personal healing and growth. Together, you all will establish mutually agreed-upon goals.
An initial session is 90 minutes. Individual sessions following are 60 minutes, however, longer sessions are available. Our goals and road map for therapy will determine what your therapist recommends for session length and frequency.
Initial Individual Therapy Sesion: $100
Individual Therapy Session: $90
Relationship Therapy Session: $120
Group Therapy Session: $20
Group Therapy Package (8weeks): $160
It is the client’s responsibility to provide payment at the time of service. Renewed (IN)ERGY accepts cash, all major credit cards, check, money order, Health Savings Account (HSA) card, or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card, and Paypal.
We are not currently on insurance panels as that requires us to diagnose clients with a mental disorder, and limits the type and length of treatment we can provide. In an effort to empower clients to maintain control of their health records, we do not directly bill insurance providers.
We can provide you with a form to send in to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. You are responsible for the fees at the time of our appointment; however, depending on your insurance plan, a certain percentage of that may be reimbursed to you by your insurance provider.
We encourage you to contact your provider prior to the initial session to inquire about your “out-of-network” benefits to be clear of their policy for reimbursement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your clinician as soon as possible, as that session slot could be utilized by another client. Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the session. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24-hour time frame, or no-show for an appointment, you will be charged your full session fee.
For your convenience, we offer online therapy through a HIPPA compliant video platform. Please inquire within about this option.

It’s important that you collaborate with someone who aligns with your goals and understands your needs. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you’re looking for, what challenges you’d like to address, how we might work together and to answer any questions you might have.
